Description
## Problem
Dachleisten für das BMW F33 Cabrio sind seit 2020 nur noch im kompletten Satz erhältlich und kosten zwischen 500.- und 600 Euro. Die Leisten sind nur Grundiert und müssen noch lackiert werden. In Anbetracht des minimalen Schadens am Bauteil ist das eine Frechheit. Bei meinem F33 (435i Cabrio) sind die Doppelstifte von den Dachleisten gebrochen und auch ein Clip ist gebrochen. Gebrauchte Teile sind so gut wie nicht zu bekommen.
## Anwendung
Die ausgedrucken Doppelstifte sind zum einkleben in die vorhandene Dachleiste gedacht. Sie sind so konstruiert, dass sie genau in die Nut der Dachleiste passen und sich dadurch selbst ausrichten.
Die Widerhaken der Doppelstifte müssen an jeder Feder immer zum Ende der Feder ausgerichtet sein. Die Clips haben innen eine Führung für die Doppelstifte.
Die Feder zwischen die Doppelstifte legen, Clip reindrücken bis er einrastet.
Eingebaut lässt sich die Leiste leicht verschieben, so das der Abstand perfekt stimmt.
Es muss ein sehr starker Kleber verwendet werden, da die Spannung der Federn, welche die Dachleiste hält und an den Doppelstiften zieht, ziemlich stark ist.
Ich habe dazu die Schweißnaht aus der Flasche von HG verwendet. Ein Zwei-Komponenten Kleber müsste auch gehen.
## Druckausrichtung (wichtig)
Die Doppelstifte sollten mit dem Klebesteg nach oben ausgerichtet gedruckt werden.
Nur so ergibt sich eine glatte Kante zum einrasten bei den Widerhaken.
## Material
Als Material empfehle ich TPU mit 100% Füllung, da bei mir alle anderen Materialien (PLA, ABS und PETG bei der Montage gebrochen sind.

Assumed spool costs per kg: PLA $25, PETG $30, ASA $40, ABS $30, TPU $45, Nylon $65, PA-CF $95. Time factors: PLA/PETG 1.0, ASA/ABS 1.2, TPU 1.6, Nylon 1.4, PA-CF 1.5. These are proposed shop rates, not measured production costs.
Design work, test fitting, hardware, shipping and tax are additional where needed. Multi-file sets may need several prints. Use actual sliced weight and time when available. Final pricing is confirmed in writing.
