Production is confirmed by quote
Every part begins with a review. Your quote will specify the agreed design, material, quantity, production timing and shipping arrangements. The website does not promise a universal two- or three-day dispatch time.
Shipping costs and destination
Provide the destination during the quoting process. Shipping cost, service, tax treatment and delivery estimate are confirmed before payment. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production time.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us with your request or order reference as soon as a change is needed. We will explain whether the design or production can still be changed and any effect on the agreed price or schedule.
Damage or a fit problem
Send photographs of the part, packaging and installation location. Include the approved specifications and any relevant measurements. We will review the delivered part against the agreement and discuss a correction, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Before placing a paid order
Confirm the final specifications and order-specific return terms in your written quote or external checkout. Do not send a part back until return instructions have been provided.
