Description
In my case I used headlights ordered off Ebay as original headlights are very expensive.
To fit the Koito LED, Unplug the front wire of the unit, unscrew the glass lens part and the top flat metal bracket, then fit the body of the LED light onto the bracket, put the flat metal bracket back on, and screw it back in. The fit is very snug. You will need to drill holes for the screws that will hold the light on the bracket yourself.
I highly suggest printing this in black ABS or ABS/PC plastic, as that's what's commonly used in car parts.
I can't say if these fit exactly the same way inside the original Ford headlights (rather than cheaper copies) if opened.
