Description
I suggest printing in Nylon. I used Taulman Nylon 645. It's flexible enough to fold in half as it needs to, heat resistant, and tough.
June 2019 update: 12 months on, my co-worker says the hinge of this cap is still intact, the cap still fits snugly after several openings & closings, and the entire piece has withstood the Florida heat & humidity thus far.
