El diseño incluye dos soluciones:
Clip de encaje (5mm): Pieza optimizada para tornillos de bola de 5 mm de diámetro (estándar en Fiat), no sirve para las posteriores de 8 mm.
Articulación reforzada (Sustituye SIEM 13351): He rediseñado la pieza cilíndrica original que solía soltarse. Esta nueva versión consta de dos partes que se unen mediante un tornillo M3 y una tuerca, abrazando las bolas de los tornillos de forma segura y evitando que se escapen con las vibraciones.
Instrucciones:
Imprimir en un material resistente al calor (PETG, ASA o ABS), ya que están cerca del motor y los faros.
La pieza de la articulación requiere un tornillo M3 de unos 12-15mm y una tuerca.

This design replaces the original SIEM plastic headlight adjustment parts for classic Hymer motorhomes and vans based on the Fiat Ducato 280, Peugeot J5, and Citroen C25.
The project includes two solutions:
Snap-on Clip (5mm): Optimized for 5mm diameter ball screws (standard on Fiat models).
Reinforced Joint (Replaces SIEM 13351): I have redesigned the original cylindrical joint that often pops out. This new version consists of two parts clamped together with an M3 screw and nut, securely holding the ball joints and preventing them from disconnecting due to road vibrations.
Printing Notes:
Use heat-resistant materials (PETG, ASA, or ABS) as these parts are located near the engine and headlights.
The joint assembly requires one M3 screw (12-15mm) and one nut.
