Description
Redoing the headliner on my '97 Ford Ranger, several panel clips broke. These were particularly problematic, and trips to the junkyard resulted in more broken clips.
I originally tried to remake the part exactly as OEM, but it was difficult to print, too thin, and too fragile. I made this part to be easier to print and thicker in certain places to add strength.
I printed on its side in .12 resolution and 25% infill with supports. I recommend printing in PETG or ABS or Nylon if you can (the original part is nylon).
